Very responsive to our needs, Old AC failed on a Sunday during our last cold snap. Got a call back next morning ,tech was at our house by 11. By 1:00 we were signed up for a new install , Thursday at 9 AM 2 men arrived and were done by 3. Quality of their work was excellent. I have used them for service in the past and it is the best I have ever received . Would recommend them to anyone.
Think your HVAC company is good. YOU DON'T KNOW JIM, THE OWNER OF COMFORT ZONE. We had a no-heat problem with 31 degree nights coming. A technician came out the same day and thought the problem was fixed. It wasn't. I contacted Comfort Zone the next day and Jim was out TWO HOURS LATER. A partial fix. And Jim can back the next day (INTERRUPTING HIS WEEKEND FOR MY BENEFIT) on Saturday. You just don't get that kind of service and attention any more. JIM AND COMFORT ZONE DID. A 5-star for sure!!!
They have been a wonderful company to work with. I have been using them since 1999 while they had a different name. Jim is an incredible person and his business really shows his reflection. Honest. Reliable, Professional, Quick, Respectful, This is the company you want to use for all your HVAC needs.
My heat went out in the frigid cold and when I called Jim answered right away and sent tech in about an hour. Rich was awesome. He was polite ,friendly very capable and fixed problem quickly. I highly recommend Comfort Zone services.
