Their sales team was very informative, and gave us several options for our new unit and configurations of our system. We were able to buy a smaller machine by adding insulation to our attic. Working with Command Comfort was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. My old heater was coming to the end of its lively hood. The service technician came out and analyzed the current condition of the old heater. He was able to take pictures of the insides, showing areas of upcoming concerns. Such a great experience. We upgraded to a split system from central air. The team at Command Comfort was exceptional. They were prompt, honest, and tidy. They weren’t the cheapest option but the system they proposed made the most sense for us. Thrilled with the experience and result.
