Command Comfort recently installed the new, complete HVAC system in my house. The team, Tyler, Johnny, Christian and his crew, were friendly, efficient, and considerate, very respectful of my home, Each team member wore coverings over their boots and shoes whenever they were in my house, the ladder up to the attic had a padded blanket under it. Professionally done, from sales through installation. Excellent communication of when they would be here and what it would look like at finish. Tyler, the sales rep, was very straightforward and technically knowledgeable. Christian’s install team of Edgar, Xavier and Johnny was very competent and kept us apprised of progress. Left the garage cleaner than when they started. No negative issues.
Command Comfort did a maintenance service on my mini split system they installed in the past year. I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail. Xavier was efficient and happy to explain his process and even offered ideas for how I could do some maintenance myself. This company exemplifies great customer service - great communication and they perform.
I would highly recommend Command Comfort for your HVAC needs. I discovered them after researching installers for a mini split air handling system, and servicing our main home furnace and AC systems.
