Their sales team was very informative, and gave us several options for our new unit and configurations of our system. We were able to buy a smaller machine by adding insulation to our attic. Working with Command Comfort was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. My old heater was coming to the end of its lively hood. The service technician came out and analyzed the current condition of the old heater. He was able to take pictures of the insides, showing areas of upcoming concerns. He was easy for me to talk to by answering all my questions and acknowledging my concerns. Command Comfort is an excellent company with an amazing staff. I would like to thank Rami for a job well done today. He was respectful and kind. He service our 3 units we have in the house and he unit outside as well. Replace the filter in each unit and deep cleaned one also. When he was finished you could not even tell he was here doing maintenance. Thank you Rami for doing an awesome job. I would highly recommend Command Comfort for your heating and a/c needs. We recently had our annual check up and cleaning of our heating/cooling units. As usual the process was done with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Our technician. Rami, was on time and very thorough. He explained each aspect of the process and warned of some potential problems. We are grateful for his exceptional service.
