Command Comfort did a maintenance service on my mini split system they installed in the past year. I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail. Xavier was efficient and happy to explain his process and even offered ideas for how I could do some maintenance myself. This company exemplifies great customer service - great communication and they perform.
First class team. We are really happy with the new AC/furnace. The new units look great and the performance is excellent. The installation was quick and clean. The crew cleaned up each day and was careful to protect the floors. Once completed, they showed us how to use the new keypad and app. A great bunch of guys and I highly recommend hiring them for your AC/heating needs.

Our AC went out and we contacted Command Comfort. Tyler was scheduled to come out the following day, as it was already later in the day when we reached out. The following day, Tyler showed up on the front end of the “arrival window” (2pm-5pm) so I knew this would be a good experience. To make it simple, Tyler provided excellent service and experience. I talked to many companies and no one wanted to offer me the Mitsubishi product. I then found Command on the internet, read the reviews, and decided to get a quote and then hired them. Simply put, excellent service from the first phone call to get a quote, the quote process, and then today the work was completed.
