Very easily the worst place I have ever lived in. Management is awful, packages and mail are routinely stolen every week. My closet flooded from a leak since instead of long-term fixing, they would patch it up for the next tenant to worry about. Was also promised installation of a security camera for the stolen mail issue since everyone in SLC knows the code to get in the building (Never happened over a full year). Cherry on top, my car was broken into in the parking garage. Don't live here.
This place is falling apart. There are issues with the water system, we haven't had hot water for two days and have gotten no response messages or calls to the emergency maintenance request regarding this getting fixed. This isn't the first time this has happened, and our water has been shut off for repairs an incredible number of times since I moved in a couple of years ago. This place is horrible. The boiler room flooded part of our apartment multiple times and made it mildew-y, without it getting fixed. Prepared to be without hot water or water at all for sometimes multiple days at a time. There's one washer and 2 driers, but none of them work so you'll have to take it to a laundromat. Honestly shouldn't be considered inhabitable.
Easily the worst place I have ever lived. Packages were constantly stolen, cars were broken into in the garage, we had a leaking hole in our bathroom ceiling for months that was never fixed in the time we lived there. There's only one washing machine that's frequently broken. I would never recommend anyone live here.
I lived in different apartments in the last 4 years. This apartment is literally the WORST. I rarely write reviews but I have to for this one to caution people. I lived here for 2 years just because there was a daycare one block away but I moved last month as the daycare closed. If you have issue with the apartment, it will take for ever for the maintenance team to fix your issue. I have to call them several times and they never improve over the last 2 years.
