Today Feb 16, I had an appointment at this clinic that I confirmed two times and they have texted me multiple times regarding this appointment to attend. I arrived, after driving 12 miles in a rainy afternoon and the doctor wasn't there. I think that is a lack of responsibility and empathy because the receptionist told me they had called me and left a message cancelling. But no message and I show her my phone with no messages. My visits to the Davis dental clinic have been great. Dr. Kimya is very gentle and explains in detail the procedures she's going to do. Answers my questions. I highly recommend her!!
Horrible care every single time I come in. I waited 6 months to see Urology for an infected kidney stone. They kept giving me the run around every time I called, finally got the right number and they said they’d been trying to reach communicate davis for my CT scan and a new referral but no one responded. I waited for 6 months with no calls, no checks ins. Nothing. I had to CALL them to get my cardiology results as they had been sitting on them for over a week and never communicated.
