I had to transition two doctors and two counties to find a doctor who works for my situation instead of against it! I found it here! Dr. Estrella has been a Godsend! Did everything I needed and more!! I appreciate the nurses and staff for everything!! They try hard and that counts heavily!! Very friendly staff! Helpful! God bless these people!
Unsatisfied! Staff is usually cheerful and they sound like they want to help but.. Im not Really sure if they are skilled denist or not tried to get dentures but no luck made several pairs of dentures and still dont have ones that are to my satisfaction. Teeth that stick out in front doctor tells me that how they make them never have seen anyone with teeth like that eating is difficult she says that they make them that way for the bite still have never seen them that way. My mother has been with her Dr. at this location for over 20 years. We LOVE her Dr.! But since Communicare OLE has taken over the communication and processes are absolutely HORRIBLE! The Dr. submitted a referral weeks ago that never got processed. This is the 3rd time it’s happened. When I called to try and make sure they faxed a copy of the referral to her facility, and asked that a message not be sent and I actually speak with a live person, they transferred me to the voice mail of the clinic manager. The secretaries were having a personal conversation I left me standing there waiting for them to finish their personal conversation instead of assisting me. Then when she finally called on me she just asked me like I was a child and waitlisted me to see a dentist . Like to punish me or something. I have serious health issues and Sears dental issues both of which are being swept under the rug and I'm being stonewalled with my health care with Hansen dental and Hansen clinic as well.The doctor was yawning and showing unconcer... read more
Incredibly unprofessional and in constant disarray. The staff seem to always be confused or or flat-out don't understand what's going on. Doctors can't be bothered to care, terrible bedside manner and don't communicate well with other institutes. The facility also isn't the cleanest I've been to.. at my last visit there was a used, balled up tissue on the reception counter from the moment I checked in to the time that I left.
