Honestly I have had a great experience with Ole health. Staff is kind and efficient. I can always get an appointment within a day to a few days time. I have been very pleased with them, and I’m switching insurance and I think I will miss Ole. Just figured I would give a good review where it is due.

My mother-in-law has received service from this clinic a few times. Back in 2020, dental work was performed, but we have had to return many times for the same issues: fillings coming off and dentures that didn’t work. All this work was done by Dr. Flores. Furthermore, the personnel at this location are horrible; they take everything personally. My last appointment here was not helpful at all! It was a telephone appointment, which I'm already not a fan of but I had been very sick for over a week already and took whatever I could get. I explained all my symptoms and that I believe I had an infection and they kept pushing to test for covid, which I hadn't because I was 100% sure it wasn't covid (I later tested myself for it and sure enough it came back negative). I recommend avoiding this place entirely. They messed up every aspect of my prescription… dose, quantity, and pharmacy… multiple times. Avoid Vanessa Franco. She's incompetent at treating basic medical conditions. And good luck finding a dental appointment here.

Updated Review: Updated from 1 to 4 stars. I was contacted by management with an apology and was able to get the medication I needed refilled. ( deleted old review because the issue was resolved same day) The NP I see, Robin, is amazing and when you’re able to speak to/schedule with her, she shows a lot of compassion and fights to help you get the care/tests needed and is very pro active about helping her patients.
