I am/was a resident of this facility Community Nursing and Rehabilitation is a very nice place, but it's more of a nursing home for seniors that are not independent. I can bathe myself, I get dressed, and I can go to the bathroom by myself. Basically, I can do everything by myself independently, but still I'm here now because I've got cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, and I had an accident with my eye and now I just see distorted vision. I am a friend or relative of a resident My mother is in a rehab center right now called Community Rehabilitation Hospital. It's close to my home. It seems to be OK, and it is highly recommended. It is a new facility. The rooms are wonderful. The staff seem very competent and helpful.

I am a friend or relative of a resident My mother has dementia and she needs 24-hour care. Right now, she is in Community Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She is doing a lot better now. When she first went in, she was very aggressive. I guess the changes were hard for her and that she didn't understand. However, she has adjusted and it seems like her attitude and everything has changed. She is now walking on her own, she is more alert, and she is not as sick as she was at that time.
