**** BEWARE ****RODENT DAMAGED (infested) FURNITURE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Upon unwrapping 48 hrs. post purchase and brought into my home (sitting to let vermin into my home no doubt too), . chewed holes and nest were found in the seat of my new rocking chair recliner . At MY OWN expense i drove 2 hrs to return Recliner to Yakima and paid for gasoline . I SIMPLY ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK.. I will never buy from the spokane valley store I order my living room in Dec. I just got my last end table July 2nd And I had to put It togather. The living room looks great but the staff do not know anything and lie to us . We did not buy cheap stuff it was top of the line. All we needed is to tell us the truth not end of week or end of the month . Will not go back. Brian
If I could give a negative star review I would. Bought 5000$ worth of furniture 12/27/20. It’s now 5/10/21. Have never received a call from our salesman as to an update. Originally all furniture purchased was supposed to be ready in no more than two weeks and ready for delivery/pickup. Our salesman Matt out of the Cda Idaho store is a joke and refuses to answer my calls or call back. And we’re still waiting on an update for when we will get our furniture after six months.
