I called explaining I needed the therapist to accept Medicare and my insurance. I explained why quite a few times and was assured they can help. They set me up with an appointment. I double checked with my insurance company and she was not in network. I called to get the tax Id, my insurance company told me that would be the way they would know for sure. They try to run a bait and switch on me and charge me with a $101.00 co pay which I knew nothing about. It was bad enough the therapist I was seeing stupidly thought I was threatening her after I responded to an email had sent her about a vibe I was getting from her which concerned me now this . This is what you when you seek therapy with health insurance you get places like this who is the bottom of the barrel.
