My mother and I had an extremely disappointing and surprising experience with Michael Lepis. While waiting times at a doctor’s office can sometimes be understandable, she was left waiting for over an hour at a pain management clinic—a place where many patients are in severe discomfort and cannot sit for extended periods. Dr. Lepis and his staff are caring and attentive to their patients' needs. He has been effectively managing my pain for 4 years and I feel much better! He listens to my concerns and make sure to address my issues. I highly recommend this practice for pain management!
Dr. Lepis, Jackie, and all the staff there are incredible. They are beyond friendly and welcoming, and are actually concerned about you. You don't feel like just another patient, you felt heard and they explain everything thoroughly. After surgeries, procedures and many pain management docs who just scheduled procedures and didn't listen to my concerns, I finally found a doctor who cares, and who uses different approaches tailored to where my pain is. Had a procedure done yesterday. Dr. Lepis was fantastic. He put me at ease and everything went well. I recommend him highly.
My experience of Dr Lepis, after being a patient for over a year, is that he is very condescending and impatient. Asks questions then interrupts as you answer. Rushes through the appointment. Doesn’t value patient’s time, will make you wait over an hour but never addresses how long you waited. After a visit where i was repeatedly interrupted and began getting flustered, I explained I didn’t feel heard because of it and asked him to please stop interrupting me.
