I have had 6 surgeries, 4 blood platelet enrichments, 2 procedures at Laser Spine Surgery Center and had zero relief with the massive pain in my lower back! Dr. Stone and her team so far have performed 2 nerve blocks, and 1 Nerve Ablation on my lower back and I have around 40% relief with the pain. This is the first time anyone has been able to give me any relief in 21 years.
Doctor Stone and Nurse Assistant Kendra are great. The problem I have is when the parents is inconvenienced by other office staff due to providing incorrect information and then office staff not trying to work with patient. You can't it to seem as though is a patient issue and inconvenience them when it was really an office issue.
