Above and beyond excellent, empathetic, care and concern, with extremely transparent communication and keeping me in the loop to what to expect, from day one, with Dr. Ashraf Ragab and his fantastic CPI Team! DR Stone Has always been a good listener w plenty of empathy. Looking out for patient care always a top priority. Her staff is outstanding, receptionist is on top of patient sign up and keeps you up to date. Great care. Compassion what more. Can you ask for.
Since my treatments, I’ve been suffering from headaches and my right fingers shaking, I went back to the doctors a couple of times telling her I needed help. Gave me another shot and was going to call the pharmacy for new medication. This was on a Friday I was leaving on a cruise on Monday. I called the pharmacy on Saturday and nothing was called in.
