Always so welcoming. My little girls love them there and look forward to their dental visits. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with the warm friendly welcoming atmosphere of the wonderful ladies up front . All the hygienist I’ve met have been amazing and can’t forget Dr. Rickards he is the best dentist. He cares about his patients and it shows. Thank you all for making my family visits something we all look forward to.
I am new to Concept Dental. From the minute I booked my appointment with Susan I felt like I’d been going there for years!! They all make you feel so welcome and comfortable. When I met Dr. Rickard he made me feel a lot more confident about my teeth, after being told by a previous dentist “ he couldn’t do anything that I should let my teeth fall out” now Dr Rickard has made a plan for what we can do. Dr.Rickards is absolutely hands down the best dr I have ever had an interaction with. He is kind, compassionate and truly wants to fix the problem. I will never go anywhere else and I will recommend him to every person I know! The staff is fabulous and very caring as well. Love love love this place!
Needless to reinforce that Dr. Richard is an absolute professional. They don't make too many doctors like him anymore. Karen is a dedicated and committed hygienist who takes great care and pride what she does. Can't ask for more whole teams is an A. Very accommodating! Lots of respect for a professional team like this so far up north.
Karen did a wonderful job during my hygiene appointment today. Very thorough yet gentle. My teeth feel amazing! Dr. Rickards is friendly and professional. Very happy with this office.
