Always so welcoming. My little girls love them there and look forward to their dental visits. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with the warm friendly welcoming atmosphere of the wonderful ladies up front . All the hygienist I’ve met have been amazing and can’t forget Dr. Rickards he is the best dentist. He cares about his patients and it shows. Thank you all for making my family visits something we all look forward to.
Dr.Rickards is absolutely hands down the best dr I have ever had an interaction with. He is kind, compassionate and truly wants to fix the problem. I will never go anywhere else and I will recommend him to every person I know! The staff is fabulous and very caring as well. Love love love this place!
Needless to reinforce that Dr. Richard is an absolute professional. They don't make too many doctors like him anymore. Karen is a dedicated and committed hygienist who takes great care and pride what she does. Can't ask for more whole teams is an A. Very accommodating! Lots of respect for a professional team like this so far up north.
Karen did a wonderful job during my hygiene appointment today. Very thorough yet gentle. My teeth feel amazing! Dr. Rickards is friendly and professional. Very happy with this office.
Overall my experience has consistently been excellent at this dental office. I've never had any pain with any procedure. They are excellent at dealing with insurance issues and pretty caring in deferring payment until the insurance has been handled. The only thing I've noticed is that occasionally there can be a number of people involved in a procedure and sometimes the information about subsequent visit(s)/procedures may be poorly communicated due to thinking someone else has already related the procedure.
