If you want a company who just sells your property rental off without warning, doesn’t care about you as a tenant, takes forever to do maintenance, and never answers your calls this is the place for you! Seriously the worst. All you are is money in their pocket. Don’t rent here!

They don’t deserve a star at all. There was a job offering and I was interested. Well Christi Harris is the “new property manager” they change managers so often it’s hard to keep up with it. Christy said she wanted to meet up and “a walkthrough the property and explain what all needed to be done” she also wanted to meet everyone who was willing to do the job. I was cool with that. The day came we were supposed to meet and do the “walkthrough” she was to busy to came that day. That was fine no big deal. I got a text that night stating they were coming to check the apartments for leaks and check the fire alarm that following day. When they came that day they did NOT check for leaks or even look at the fire alarm. They came in she went into my kitchen walked into the bathroom while a maintenance guy was with her looked at the floor then came out and went straight to my bedroom. Now they had no business going to my bedroom but they did. There is no fire alarm and there’s no sinks or tubs to leak in my bedroom. Almost 7 days later and no word on the offered job I get A NOTICE TO VACATE at the end of my lease. Then copped an attitude when asked why. Got another text claiming they’re coming to check the fire alarms they failed to check on the 29th of January. What a way to treat your tenants Concept Property Management that’s awful.

They never do what they say they will. When we moved out we scheduled a walk through with them in person. My husband took time off of work to accommodate their schedule and they didn’t show up. Then it took them 2 months to get our deposite back only because we called them weekly about it.

This is the worst company to rent an apartment or home from. They don’t answer their phones at the main office, their property manager at Foothill Terrace apartments never works, never responds, her voicemail is full and if you do ever get in touch with her, she’s reluctantly helpful at best. I’m assuming this is par for the course with their other property managers as well. I’ve never been more frustrated with a company and their lack of action. If I could take away stars from this review, I would. Find a place to rent that isn’t affiliated with this company.

We just recently moved into the Twin Trees Townhomes and we totally love it! They are huge! They really are a full size town home just without a garage. But you do get a carport so we are happy. Also, we have a fully remodeled one and it’s beautiful! Even the outside is newly painted and they are very nice. It also has a nice playground for kids and pet friendly! Sarah is our landlord and she has been amazing! Works with you and always friendly about anything! We will be renting here long term for sure!
