SUPREME SERVICE!! VERY CLEAN! The receptionist Sheila very pleasant she explained the services and the prices very clearly. Dr McIntosh and his assistant ( sorry don't remember her name) explained the procedure and what to expect very clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure..asking if I was okay. BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE!!!
All of the staff is amazing. I am deathly afraid of any dental work. I ended up having to get a root canal and they actually made my experience so wonderful. If I to get another root canal I know my anxiety level would be at an all time low. Everyone is very caring, empathetic and kind, which is exactly what a person with my dental anxiety needs 😊
It's been a long time since I had a root canal and, like many, I was not looking forward to it. From the reception to the procedure, I was very impressed with this office. I'm glad my dentist referred me there. The worst of it was the wedge they place in the opposite side of the mouth and the rubber dam thing that isolates the tooth. I had to get a root canal, the staff were very professional and transparent with treatment. Also compared to the last time I got a root canal from a different office that doesn’t have updated tech this root canal was less painful. They have this cool laser thing that I think elevates the pain and pressure while they work. It was pretty dope and I would recommend this office to other people who are in need of a root canal!!
It was by far the best experience I have ever had getting dental care. I was pretty scared when I came in because I've only had painful experiences with any dental care I've had in the past. They fully numbed me on the first try, and I felt absolutely nothing the entire time. They were very careful and patient, making sure each step was done right. I have no doubt my root canal will last. Thanks for the great experience! I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing a root canal.
