Our community has been managed by Condominium Associates for several years now, and I can honestly say we are very lucky to have Blake Nieswand as our on-site property manager. He’s been with us for about two years and has been nothing short of outstanding. We also got a new administrative assistant about 7–8 months ago, Bridget Thomas, and she has been amazing as well. Marsha Rigney responded immediately to an email request I sent in regarding a form to submit to our Board of Directors. She sent a PDF-fillable form so that it was easy to fill out and gave me directions on how to submit it. Delighted with her rapid response!
Our HOA property management company was recently changed and is now being managed by Precedent Condominium Associates. I was having trouble with signing on to my account as does happen when a new company takes over one’s account. However, one phone call to their Ft. 5 stars is for Julie Babcook. This is one of the few voices I have had the pleasure of dealing with that is helpful, understanding and efficient. The transition from Cambridge to Moore Property Management was poorly executed. Hopefully things will improve. Promote Julie to a leadership position and pay her more!
