I had a pleasant experience with Marsha. I called with a billing concern and she was very calm and patient in explaining the issue. She even made sure to connect me to the appropriate department to look into fixing my problem.

Our community has been managed by Condominium Associates for several years now, and I can honestly say we are very lucky to have Blake Nieswand as our on-site property manager.
