I had such a wonderful experience with this IOP program. I’d like to recognize some of the amazing staff here! From day one, Joleen, the care navigator, made me feel so welcomed and she truly set the tone for a positive journey. Lily has been a truly amazing therapist! This is a wonderful, caring, healing place. The receptionist Joleen is amazing and so helpful. The nurse, Vann is so kind and understanding. The therapists, Maxine and Lily, are fabulous, caring, supportive, and highly skilled. The executive director, Chelsea is also amazing and caring. Everyone in this building are kind, supportive, and awesome.
I'd like to preface this by saying: GO TO ASPIRE RECOVERY CENTER. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The receptionist and Trauma therapist; great & warm! However, my intake with Lily was a living, breathing nightmare! The wait was not long, however, when she greeted me and escorted me back to a separate room for my assessment I saw her make a face to the receptionist as I turned back. Wish I could give this place more than 1 star but I can not. The only reason why they may have good reviews is from people who don’t work there anymore. Place is a gear of capitalism getting your money. Keep getting bills months later that should have been covered by insurance. Have fun following up with their billing department.
Connections is an amazing place! Every single person is kind, gentle, and supportive. I could not have hand picked a better team!! Love them!!
