Utterly disappointed. Visited for 2 and half months. Waste of time, money and effort. The therpasit was let go due to some reason, likely due to her inefficiency and ineffectiveness which was apparent. But consumer has to bear the brunt of waste of time, money and effort. 1. Therapist - inefficient, less valuable and unaware. Assigned therapist was always sick, couldn’t talk and would ask same set of rehearsed set of questions. I was apart of IOP for 8 weeks and it was amazing. Billie and the team helped me learn a lot of coping skills and the people in the group were all amazing. I recommend going because all the staff are friendly and do their best to help you recover.
Scheduled an appointment in over a month ago, called the day prior as I wanted to ensure I had completed all necessary paperwork appropriately, representative tells me every thing is good to go however the appointment was not booked properly and I have no appointment. I understand mistakes happen with electronic scheduling systems, however no one else had availability for another two months at this point. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. Do not recommend.
The staff at Connections Flower Mound is friendly empathetic and professional. The environment is calm cheerful and supportive. They are super responsive and all of this was what made my experience so therapeutic
I have been seeing a psychiatrist for the better half of 25 years, and this is, by far, the absolute best experience I have ever had with any mental health professional/provider. Everyone is so kind and they go out of their way to make sure all of your questions/concerns are addressed and taken care of. I would highly recommend Connections Wellness Group to anyone looking for a mental health provider,
