The Plano team was extremely helpful and caring towards me and my needs. They met me where I was at and really showed me that they cared. They are well prepared and capable.
Plano Connections Wellness Group’s PHP/IOP was extremely helpful for me. The facility is nice and comfortable. The therapists, doctors and nurses are caring and capable. I made a level of tangible progress with my anxiety disorder that was not achievable for me with typical talk therapy and medication. The nurse practitioner I got seemed really nice and that she cared about me at my intake. So far this is the best mental health doctor I have found since I moved to Texas. Frustrated that doctors can't prescribe certain drugs 24/7/365 anymore, like for example clonazepam. I'm just frustrated that the doctors can't seem to find a fix for my severe anxiety issues that I have been at war with for a long time.
