IOP and PHP groups didn't help me at all. It seems like they hire new grads to run the groups and they just dont have the life experience or experience at all to be running groups, that can be difficult to manage. I seemed to know more about cognitive distortions, trauma responses, and DBT than she did. I really struggled to get anything out of it. A book would have been better. Sorry. Awful, awful, awful!!!! I'm 62 years old and been in therapy since I was 26. I expected to see a psychiatrist but was net with a nurse practitioner who proceeded if I was a confirmed addict. Then he refused to prescribe me one of the meds I had been on for over 20 years!!! I WILL NOT be back! It was a waste of my time.

One of my daughter was impatient and Miss Hiba and Miss McKenzie they did excellent job and I’m so thankful to both of them and connection wellness group now my daughter is doing good.and more loving and responsible.
Everyone there was awesome...I felt like I was apart of a family🤗 I learned a lot from group I hated to leave 😞 thank you guys for everything you've done for me 🤗
