The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Nancy was very kind and understanding. She listened and was clearly there to help and assist me. I’m glad I found Connections Wellness Group.
The therapist was very knowledgeable and listen to everything I had to say. I am excited to get started on my wellness plan
Not sure if it was just the psychiatrist that I met, but the whole office is worthless waste of time waste of money and they’re not willing to help at all unless you keep going to appointments and spending more money and wasting time.. I’m not looking for a quick fix, but at least I’m looking for some help. Try to find another place. They’re definitely not worth it at all.
I’ve been though 3 psychiatrist and never felt comfortable this way my first visit and I felt comfortable and HEARD, they have a great team! Luca is awesome!
Plano Connections Wellness Group’s PHP/IOP was extremely helpful for me. The facility is nice and comfortable. The therapists, doctors and nurses are caring and capable. I made a level of tangible progress with my anxiety disorder that was not achievable for me with typical talk therapy and medication. I would recommend this program for anyone needing a higher level of temporary mental health care.
