Groups were not helpful at all. Therapist didn't know how to manage those that talked too much. I would have been great to get handouts on coping skills. We never introduced new people when they came to group. Therapist didn't intervene when member of group needed feedback or awareness of cognitive distortions or something she just let them go on and on without any therapeutic intervention, then she moved on to the next person. Had a family member receive excellent treatment at connections! IOP & PHP. Progress was steady and this person is feeling more themselves than ever before. Clear and consistent communication with every staff member and every question answered. My loved one was in good hands and we appreciate and thank all of you at connections for all that you did! Highly recommended!

Was referred to an ESA site online by office, since they don't do those letters at Connections. Cool. It was a scam site and cost me $160. I requested information from Dr Alexandria more than 2 occasions and never got any of it. As a psychiatrist, putting y'alls patient through financial issues and not providing documents is outrageous. I miss my old doctor, Morna Agoki. She was such a light in my world who made such an amazing difference. I've now requested a new doctor from a different office. Praying for a better fit!! Awful service one of their employees accidentally canceled my appoints and I had to call 4 more times to schedule one appointment, extremely unorganized, to the point where I am rethinking visiting the clinic. I have called multiple times with no calls back and nothing done to fix the problem which is the receptionist, I have had many interactions with her and she has been the least helpful person especially at a mental health clinic, quite disappointing.

I’m new to Texas, and was a little nervous when it came to finding a new therapist. However, Connections Wellness Group was my 1st and last stop for my therapy needs. My therapist listened, strategically engaged, and assisted with finding coping strategies that works for me. Thank you !
