I came here after experiencing multi level trauma and feeling suicidal. I didn’t have much hope anything would help. I was so wrong. Chris Payne gave me concrete tools to use in times of stress, anxiety and depression. I have seen a lot of therapists but never understood how the brain processes pain and grief. I am extremely pleased with the progress I made while at Connections Wellness Group. Their counselors are thoughtful and conscientious. While I went through processing my traumatic experiences I was treated with kindness and respect, and taught valuable coping skills to help me surpass my goals. I feel much more confident in my ability to handle whatever adversity comes my way with compassion, and grace. I would highly recommend Connections Wellness Group to anyone struggling with the quality of their mental health.
My son received services 💙 ☺️ at the Rockwall location, I am glad we took him here. The therapist are phenomenal 🙌, the environment is relaxed and the front desk nurse was so helpful. Definitely recommend sending your child here.
Be warned! Do not give them a deposit or put a card on file. They bill insurance repeatedly and work tirelessly to take or keep your money. Very suspect business practices. Also, I would not trust my children to their care as they are very image and profit driven. A slick corporate operation that takes advantage of people when most vulnerable. Please file grievances with your insurance company as I have done with Tricare. If they accept your insurance they must follow the agreement. Also, write a review!
I have not been a patient here in over 6 months and I keep getting random bills. They will randomly take money out of your account because they say that insurance was denied, but in reality, they are attempting to bill insurance multiple times and that is why it is getting denied. DO NOT put a card on file with them. Update: I am still dealing with this issue. I continue to be billed, have not received a call back from the office.
