I have not been a patient here in over 6 months and I keep getting random bills. They will randomly take money out of your account because they say that insurance was denied, but in reality, they are attempting to bill insurance multiple times and that is why it is getting denied. DO NOT put a card on file with them.
I have been back and forth with multiple mental health counselors in past years with little progress. This is the first time I found the right place and counselor for my specific needs as active duty military service member. I totally recommend the Front Line program at Wellness Connections group in Rockwall, TX. Specially to Christopher Payne LCSW.
The care I received at connections was incredible. The staff and the adult group therapy really was life changing for me. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking help to definitely try connections wellness in rockwall. They are amazing.
