A large caring staff is waiting to help you any way they can. Their feilds of expertise are as varied as the colors in the paint department of your local hardware store, someone will have the experience to speak to you needs. Give them a call and find the help you need, I did and I'm better off for it.
The counseling here was very good, but their billing department is a total mess. I have yet to receive an itemized statement that makes sense, and they keep calling for more money. At this point they are charging my insurance 800 dollars a day, which luckily the insurance is disallowing all but about 200. This has become such a mess I will never use Connections Wellness again.
Dr. Hurtz is just simply amazing. Getting medicine refills through their web portal is pretty straightforward as well. Haven't had any issues with their billing dept either.
My experience at CWG was amazing. Every single staff member I came in contact with was kind and truly showed that they cared about my health and well-being. I will absolutely be referring them to friends and family!
Connections has been so helpful for our son- Rachael Halcomb is a wonderful therapist and has really helped him to learn better coping skills. Thank you!
