Had a wonderful experience here, after a traumatic life event. Being new to getting therapy I was nervous. However, I’m glad I reached out for help. I met with a new psychiatrist after moving on from my previous one. Victoria is incredible. She took the time to assess me and mentioned that maybe I was on the wrong form of medications. She then proceeded to encourage me to try a more holistic approach and after suffering from intense anxiety since May of 2025, it seems to be under control.
