Don’t even think about moving here!! The apartments themselves are nice enough, but the security sucks — the performance of the security gate is iffy at best — and the entrance doors to the phase II section are often left unlocked. The 24-hour maintenance number has never responded to one of my calls. To make things worse, there is a new property manager whose people skills are negligible at best, and whose attitudes make the gestapo look like Sunday school teachers.
I’ve been here for six months. All the people here just about are so disrespectful rude be all up in your business talking about everybody. They have a gym here which you cannot use because nothing works in the gym…. When I first moved in the door was open 24 seven now they shut it down and lock it so you can’t exercise when you like to. They came and found some things wrong during an inspection and they fixed them the very next day!
Update: I moved in to Conter Estates on 3/15/2022. The apartment was ready as promised and the move in was perfect. Everything works, it's nice and quiet, and convenient. I look forward to using the laundry room and fitness room. I actually sat out on my patio at 2am! So enjoyable! I'll be staying until the Mortician carries me out! UPDATE: It is now 9/1/2022 and everything is excellent. I have used the laundry room-never a wait and affordable! It's a beautiful place, maintenance is on point and I'm happy living here!
I love this place! There is a great community of people here and some very nice office staff. I have a nice apartment and it is near a shopping area, I feel blessed..
