Don’t even think about moving here!! The apartments themselves are nice enough, but the security sucks — the performance of the security gate is iffy at best — and the entrance doors to the phase II section are often left unlocked. The 24-hour maintenance number has never responded to one of my calls. To make things worse, there is a new property manager whose people skills are negligible at best, and whose attitudes make the gestapo look like Sunday school teachers.

It's going on 3:00am in the morning and somebody is beating on the walls or the floor constantly I mean so loud and it's intentionally too can't sleep and the apartment management won't do nothing about it you tell them what's going on and they say well we can't do nothing about it we don't know who it is but they do know who it is. I'm so sick of this place...

Update: I moved in to Conter Estates on 3/15/2022. The apartment was ready as promised and the move in was perfect. Everything works, it's nice and quiet, and convenient. I look forward to using the laundry room and fitness room. I actually sat out on my patio at 2am! So enjoyable! I'll be staying until the Mortician carries me out! UPDATE: It is now 9/1/2022 and everything is excellent. I have used the laundry room-never a wait and affordable! It's a beautiful place, maintenance is on point and I'm happy living here!
