The owner Mr Mark Wells is professional and very nice, he explained and answered every question relating to the cart. It took only three and half hours to completed this sale transaction. I called him 7:30 am in this morning, came to his store 9:30 and had the cart delivered to my driveway at 11am by himself. Best of all, there were absolutely zero “slimy used car salesman” vibes, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. They even went above and beyond to help me pull off a surprise for my husband’s birthday, which made the purchase that much more special. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. 10/10 recommend!
We bought a D5 Ranger 2+2 Golf Cart with a few customizations from Cool Rides. Mark (Owner) is a very busy guy, but is always quick to respond and consistently makes me feel like I'm a top priority. He goes the extra mile to help when needed. He was deliveing a cart to another customer when we came to pick ours up so Erin met with us to finish the transaction - she's awesome too. What a great experience, thank you both!
Highly recommend! Bought my Evolution D5 Maverick from Mark at Cool Rides about a year ago. So great. Completed the transaction via text and over the phone - delivered to my door within the week. The level of service is really fantastic - upon delivery he showed me all the features, took a drive around the block to test it out.
