We had a great experience purchasing a golf cart from Cool rides in Gilroy. Erin and Mark were awesome and made the whole experience quick and easy. They don’t do any high pressure sales and they laugh at my stupid jokes. If you’re looking for a golf cart, I highly recommend Cool rides!
If you’re in the market for a golf cart, look no further than Cool Rides! The owners were incredibly helpful from start to finish—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely kind. Best of all, there were absolutely zero “slimy used car salesman” vibes, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. They even went above and beyond to help me pull off a surprise for my husband’s birthday, which made the purchase that much more special. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. 10/10 recommend!
Cool Rides were easy and professional to work with. They have an excellent inventory of street legal vehicles to choose from. Erin answered all my questions and guided me through the process. She is very kind and patient explaining the details of delivery. Jason, who delivered the LSV went over the cart functions and instructions. It was really a pleasure to do business with Cool Rides.
We couldn’t be happier with our new Epic cart! Mark and Erin were incredibly friendly and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. The customer service was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and helped us find the perfect cart. I highly recommend Cool Rides to anyone looking for a quality golf cart.
We bought a D5 Ranger 2+2 Golf Cart with a few customizations from Cool Rides. Mark (Owner) is a very busy guy, but is always quick to respond and consistently makes me feel like I'm a top priority. He goes the extra mile to help when needed. He was deliveing a cart to another customer when we came to pick ours up so Erin met with us to finish the transaction - she's awesome too. What a great experience, thank you both!
