My name is Frank Cao, I live in San Jose, CA. I just bought a golf cart 2025 Denago Rover XL-R from Cool Rides LLC at Gilroy, CA. The owner Mr Mark Wells is professional and very nice, he explained and answered every question relating to the cart. It took only three and half hours to completed this sale transaction. I called him 7:30 am in this morning, came to his store 9:30 and had the cart delivered to my driveway at 11am by himself. Highly recommend! Bought my Evolution D5 Maverick from Mark at Cool Rides about a year ago. So great. Completed the transaction via text and over the phone - delivered to my door within the week. The level of service is really fantastic - upon delivery he showed me all the features, took a drive around the block to test it out. Mark and his wife were terrific! They explained the various choices available and were priced competitively. I reviewed and signed the paperwork and they delivered it to my house the next week. I had a few follow up questions they easily answered. I couldn’t be happier.
