The owner Mr Mark Wells is professional and very nice, he explained and answered every question relating to the cart. It took only three and half hours to completed this sale transaction. Best of all, there were absolutely zero “slimy used car salesman” vibes, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Cool Rides were easy and professional to work with. They have an excellent inventory of street legal vehicles to choose from. Erin answered all my questions and guided me through the process. She is very kind and patient explaining the details of delivery. Jason, who delivered the LSV went over the cart functions and instructions. It was really a pleasure to do business with Cool Rides.
We bought a D5 Ranger 2+2 Golf Cart with a few customizations from Cool Rides. Mark (Owner) is a very busy guy, but is always quick to respond and consistently makes me feel like I'm a top priority. He goes the extra mile to help when needed. He was deliveing a cart to another customer when we came to pick ours up so Erin met with us to finish the transaction - she's awesome too.
