They have been sending us illegitimate bills. My insurance fully covers the annual check. But they are sending bills for that. I asked for a refill a medication over the patient portal, and they sent a bill for full office visit. If you discuss 2 problems during a single visit, they will charge you for 2 office visit. They are very efficient in sending to collections and then to the court. Stay away they are scammers.
Worst possible service. I was told I could walk in for a shot at Ogden Clinic, and today when I went in I was turned away saying I needed an appointment first. The office manager went to the extreme to tell me "there's the door" when all I stated was that the doctor had said I could get the shot done there. I just checked my history and it is clearly noted there that I COULD get my next shot in office. I switched insurance and let the front desk know that my insurance had changed they assured me that my dr was in network and that I was covered , kept coming in monthly next thing I know I get $1200 bill from all those times I was there , they should have told me after the first visit that I wasn’t covered but no they just kept letting me come in , scheduled me mammograms , colonoscopies that I now owe thousands of dollars for those extra things I didn’t need as well . If I could I would give this office a -5 stars! My mom came in here to get help after my father passed away and Jennifer Crafton one of the PA's told her she was on a medication that she wasn't taking. Jennifer argued about it with my mother. I stuck up for my mother who was devastated after Jennifer read through the notes she knew she was wrong. They sent me all the way to judgment on a $400 bill. They treated me so poorly when I was there. I would never ever ever go there. Don't go there. If your looking for a doctor nearby try the u of u clinic in centerville. They have an amazing staff
