Worst possible service. I was told I could walk in for a shot at Ogden Clinic, and today when I went in I was turned away saying I needed an appointment first. The office manager went to the extreme to tell me "there's the door" when all I stated was that the doctor had said I could get the shot done there. I just checked my history and it is clearly noted there that I COULD get my next shot in office. Don’t go here, they can sue you if you are unable to pay your medical bills asap. Entitled and horrible office staff as well. Neglected to contact me about medical bills I owed and sued me. Isn’t that illegal? Thanks for coming after a family that can’t afford to pay a medical bill upfront. If you could have contacted us we could have set up a payment plan. Wish I could give you guys 0 stars for screwing a family over!!!
I switched insurance and let the front desk know that my insurance had changed they assured me that my dr was in network and that I was covered , kept coming in monthly next thing I know I get $1200 bill from all those times I was there , they should have told me after the first visit that I wasn’t covered but no they just kept letting me come in , scheduled me mammograms , colonoscopies that I now owe thousands of dollars for those extra things I didn’t need as well . When I was a young man, the establishment wouldn't turn you away for being 30 seconds late... They wouldn't turn you away after you called to express that you were on your way and might be late... They wouldn't turn you away while there's nobody waiting in the lobby and nobody waiting behind you in line. They wouldn't cancel a visit concerning your heart and lungs simply for being 30 seconds past some arbitrary timeframe. Dr Peterson Sr. was a great doctor in a great office. Times are not the same. I love Dr. Rheed, she's the first doctor I feel truly listens to my concerns and needs. The rest of the staff is easy to talk to and it feels like you get to know them a bit better than other places.
