I have loved living in Coquina Cove! The management and maintenance staff are so friendly, professional, and responsive. The grounds are beautiful, it is quiet and safe, everyone is friendly, and the amenities are extremely well kept. By far the best place I have lived.

I have lived here for a few years, maintenance is always friendly, helpful and thorough. The management team is great with communication; the community is safe and the apartments have plenty of storage. Just renewed my lease for my third year, thank you for making Coquina Cove a great place to call home.

Coquina Cove is an amazing place to live. It’s a community of immaculately manicured landscaping, well appointed homes, friendly professional staff and friendly neighbors. I’ve lived all over the country from west to east coasts many times over, Coquina Cove is my favorite place out of all the places I’ve lived to call home.

We have been here for just one month now. We moved in just as the COVID-19 Pandemic was starting to hit our location. So it’s a little odd moving into a new place at a time like this. We imagined our new move to have lots of time at the park and our kids making new friends and having our daughters birthday party at the pool with family and friends. My dad has lived there for over 20 years. Once or twice a year I go down to visit him. I know he safe and has all the amenities he could want to enjoy his life. The staff and owners are fantastic.

You will find that the people who run the units are very nice and they do what ever they can to please you. Believe me the Management here is very very nice and try to make things better for you very very nice place to live. You will find the staff here to be very nice and helpful so come down and see us soon

This place is awesome! its only been 10 days since I made the move from Cleveland and it feels like I have lived here for years. The folks here are so frieindly and the kids are well behaved! Cant wait for tomorrow!!!
