I just visited coquina cove in palm city, Kacey was absolutely wonderful! All of the exciting things that happen each month, that she organizes sound wonderful. The grounds are very nicely kept. She was very helpful with all of my move in qualifications. I can’t wait to move into Coquina Cove.

Moving to Florida from New Jersey and moving into Coquina Cove what is the best decision me and my husband could have made we love living here. It’s fun it’s clean. We’ve met so many wonderful people! The maintenance crew and the office ladies are fantastic and so helpful when help is needed. They are on the ball. Moved here 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. Ashlynn, Denise and Alyssa,in the office, are always eager to help. Joe in maintenanece has been terrific. They also have community activities such as free parties with live music, halloween activities, and even free on-site vaccinations. I didn't even mentionhow nice the property is. It is very very nice.
