I’ve been coming here since I was 16 as I became legal I went in to change my contact information to my own as I do not live with my parents right after this I came in got my cleaning it was my first time without my parents when the cleaning was done a bill was not given to me only a toothbrush so I assumed my fathers insurance covered it I come back for a second cleaning as the hygienist did not finish in the first appointment tell me why the old Persian receptionist tells me once I’m done I have a outstanding bill of $600 ... read more
I just returned from what I would consider the best dental experience I have ever had...I am a reluctant and nervous patient who needs a calm and understanding dentist office. Dr. Elham was patient, understanding and, explained everything so well...They made me feel confident in moving forward for my additional dental care needs...THANKS to everyone from reception to hygienist to dentist...
Dr Gill is great! And Sanaz is a very good Hygienist. She takes the time to do a thorough job; the office staff are very nice as well! Only feedback I could recommend is to offer patients to sign up with the government’s Canadian Dental Plan, especially if their coverage isn’t that great.
I'm so glad I decided to give this place a chance as the service from all the staff has been excellent so far. I needed multiple visits to get my teeth fixed up, but I could tell that Dr. Rai took his time to make sure the work was done well. The hygienist who did my teeth cleaning was also exceptionally patient and always checked in with me to ask if I needed breaks in between (I have sensitive gums and teeth cleanings were always painful). I had such a great experience at CGS. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and received exceptional care. The dentist and dental assistant were amazing — they really took their time to make me feel comfortable, especially since I was very nervous about needles. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. The reception team was also wonderful and welcoming. Overall, this is a great dental clinic, and I highly recommend it!
