Dentists are normally appointments that may not be pleasant but CGS is amazing. The front office staff are always friendly and happy to help. Dr. Gill is great to deal with and does his best to make visits comfortable. All the hygentists do a great job and offer very helpful suggestions that have proven to work to improve overall dental health. Last but not least, Darlene does a remarkable job and has been a huge help with my invisilign journey. Kudos to everyone at CGS!
I had such a wonderful experience with Nahid today! She was incredibly kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable from the moment we started. I’ve seen several dental hygienists over the years, and I’ve often left appointments feeling embarrassed or reprimanded about my dental hygiene. Nahid was completely different. I just spent an hour at the dentist’s office - not something I enjoy. However, today I had Nahid as my hygienist and she was wonderful. She was kind and gentle and patient with me. Again, I really don’t like going to the dentist but this was my first appointment with Nahid and she made all the difference. Highly recommended.
It’s been my Dentist for over 10 years. Great Staff, Dentists and Hygienists. Special thanks for Nahid for all her hardwork, explanation, patience and dedication. Sanaz also was friendly, hardworking and patient. All staff members were amazing.
Dr Gill is great! And Sanaz is a very good Hygienist. She takes the time to do a thorough job; the office staff are very nice as well! Only feedback I could recommend is to offer patients to sign up with the government’s Canadian Dental Plan, especially if their coverage isn’t that great.
