It was a great experience dealing with this company. I got a professional work carried out by the technicians for the duct cleaning carried out in my house. The technicians who had performed the works were Wilson & Richard. A hard working team. They did a detailed job in every aspects. Too good to give a Letter of Commendation!
Amna got us a great quote and accomodated our schedule. Yasin, the tech did a great job and was super friendly. Worked really efficiently.
Excellent service. Sam and Asad were very polite and informative through the whole process. Everything went well and we had no issues. The convenience of the portable machines was much needed since we live in a townhouse complex with no driveway. The noise was minimal considering the work being done, and out infant was barley phased
When I booked this appointment, I was told that the vents would be covered after being blown out and before vacuuming, to ensure a thorough cleaning. This is a standard procedure that I've seen other services, like Home Depot, perform. The Cora technician informed me this step would be skipped because it takes too much time. As a result, the service did not meet my expectations and I will not be using their services again.
Great service by Mo and John! Thanks guys, they answered all my questions and were very helpful. I had allergy symptoms and the ducts were not helping the situation. They were patient, understanding and provided a great service. Recommend!
