When I booked this appointment, I was told that the vents would be covered after being blown out and before vacuuming, to ensure a thorough cleaning. This is a standard procedure that I've seen other services, like Home Depot, perform. The Cora technician informed me this step would be skipped because it takes too much time. As a result, the service did not meet my expectations and I will not be using their services again.
Great service by Mo and John! Thanks guys, they answered all my questions and were very helpful. I had allergy symptoms and the ducts were not helping the situation. They were patient, understanding and provided a great service. Recommend!
Excellent service. Sam and Asad were very polite and informative through the whole process. Everything went well and we had no issues. The convenience of the portable machines was much needed since we live in a townhouse complex with no driveway. The noise was minimal considering the work being done, and out infant was barley phased
Take your money elsewhere!! We were quoted $250.00 for duct cleaning as well as a sanitization service. When asking what to expect on service day, we were told the whole process would take between 1-2 hours and to ensure all vents in the house were free from furniture so the technicians had full access. All of which was fine, until the technicians arrived. Upon arrival, after setting up their vacuum hoses, they advised us for a better experience, we needed to upgrade to a better service.
