Fantastic! My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Ceviche 105 in Coral Gables and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Paulo, the manager, was exceptional…professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about both the menu and the overall guest experience. We had an excellent experience at CVI.CHE 105 - Coral Gables. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor; you can truly taste the quality in every dish. Abeyardo was our server and provided exceptional service. He was very attentive, kind, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on and truly made the experience even better. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Came on a Saturday night with my parents. Our waitress was Ethell, she was absolutely amazing. No words can describe the care and hospitality given by Ethell. Every single one of her recommendations were a hit, really showed her knowledge about the menu. The food was delicious but truly what will bring us back the most is Ethell and her amazing service. The music and ambience were wonderful. We have been to other locations but this one is by far the best!!!

We had a wonderful experience and want to especially thank Flor for her exceptional service. I was not feeling well during our visit, and she immediately offered help with such kindness and care.
