John Pierce was my lawyer from Cordell and Cordell. He was outstanding at his job and made my divorce painless as possible. He was on top of everything I asked or needed right away. Most lawyers from my experience are on their own time frame and take a week to get back to you or get something done. Not John he was exceptional and a very bright man. After initial consultation, I felt confident with my lawyer. As soon as we got into litigation, my confidence was stripped, and I was not fought for but was given options of how bad I want to be screwed. When I wanted to speak up, I was told to be quiet. I hired Cordell & Cordell years ago after hearing their ads on the radio to assist me in support and custody matters. I liked what I was told during my initial consultation, but after that I was completely disappointed. They burned through the $2,500 retainer in 2 weeks and then I had to pay another $1,000 the day of court. I was laid off after a car accident.
