Sarah Fox, the attorney that represented my ex-husband, James Ellingsworth, is involved in a case involving an illegal DVO separating and alienating me from my children. Sarah Fox was given evidence of James' abuse of myself and the endangerment of my children. She did nothing to protect me or them. She is now complicit in the abuse by their father.
Best experience one could have! Nova Levantine and her assistant Erin Sandlin are simply the best ! Kept me up to date on my case and kept in contact with me . She is very reasonable and always asking if I need anything . Let’s me know how my case is going and what we need to do to move the case forward . Erin is constantly keeping up with the paperwork!
worst attorneys ever did not fight for father's rights like there mamrketing claims. I got way more done with Ben Friedman for alot less money. they hire the lawyers that cant make it on there own and the clients suffer.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I specifically stated in the first meeting that all I wanted was for a lawyer to look over the Dissolution Agreement and advise me. The Cordell lawyer was very arrogant and never even looked it over after being sent a copy by my wife’s lawyer. She charged over $700 for nothing. If you are looking for a great lawyer that doesn’t mess around you are looking in the right place. I hired attorney Sarah Fox after firing my old attorney that was not getting anything done during the beginning of my divorce.
