Do not hire this firm. They will ruin your life and cost you everything. They will charge you for every second and have no idea what they are doing. They cost me hundreds of thousands because they know nothing about tax law and refused to change my decree based on net vs gross. Atorney working for me threatened to fire me as a client on top on their incompetence and eventually was taken off as my counsel.
Sarah Fox, the attorney that represented my ex-husband, James Ellingsworth, is involved in a case involving an illegal DVO separating and alienating me from my children. Sarah Fox was given evidence of James' abuse of myself and the endangerment of my children. She did nothing to protect me or them. She is now complicit in the abuse by their father.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I specifically stated in the first meeting that all I wanted was for a lawyer to look over the Dissolution Agreement and advise me. The Cordell lawyer was very arrogant and never even looked it over after being sent a copy by my wife’s lawyer. She charged over $700 for nothing. Best experience one could have! Nova Levantine and her assistant Erin Sandlin are simply the best ! Kept me up to date on my case and kept in contact with me . She is very reasonable and always asking if I need anything . Let’s me know how my case is going and what we need to do to move the case forward . Erin is constantly keeping up with the paperwork!
