My review is not based on Dr. Ciccero but based on her staff. Dr. Ciccero is great and good at she what she does but during my last visit she asked her staff to follow with me with some referrals for doctors that specializes in treating diabetic patients. When I didn't hear back, I called her offices (both locations) several times and asked for the referrals and was told that someone would call me back and it never happened. I recently called to make an appointment and left a voicemail, and I have not received a call back,
