I spoke with Jeannie Cogdill and was given incorrect information on several questions. She told me certain loans weren’t possible, even though other lenders had already confirmed they are common and doable. The interaction felt dismissive, like she wasn’t interested in helping. The call ended with her saying she’d follow up with answers, but instead she emailed to say they aren’t offering loans at this time something that could have been communicated during the call. Don’t waste your time calling them.
