This was my first experience working with the Cornerstone Home Lending and specifically with Team Ilya. Ilya went above and beyond to make the mortgage process very clear for me and helped with every question/topic I had along the way. I think it'd be safe to say this experience working with Team Ilya was probably the best banking experience I've had in many years. I'm definitely going to reach out to the team for the other needs I'll have in the future.

If you need help with purchasing or refinancing your house, condo or vacation home, Ilya Kosenkov and his Team are the way to go. I recently used Iliya’s services and was very impressed with the dedication and time he invested in helping me to get qualified for the loan amount I needed. Mikhail and Cameron were an absolute pleasure to work with. They had the best communication, I was update on every aspect of the process from start to finish. To say the were helpful is an understatement. I have raved about them to everyone I talk to in regards to buying/refinancing a home. I will most definitely work with them again.
