I’m not sure how much was to blame on the pandemic, business practices, or my own lack of knowledge of the process, but the whole thing felt like a bait and switch to get me into a different type of mortgage. Throughout the process it seemed like I was supposed to know how this all worked, even though I don’t do this all the time. Questions went unanswered, or were answered in a manner that only people in the industry would understand.
We were fortunate to have Robin, who worked relentlessly to make sure we got the best rate. Robin always kept us informed with what we needed to submit and if there were any changes, she would call us immediately. We couldn’t of asked for anyone better. Robin went above and beyond our expectations.
Truly Amazing, by far the most caring professionals that will help you ever step of the way during your home loan process. Felt extremely comfortable with the care and knowledge of their jobs from the beginning to the end. Very appreciative of their help for home ownership!!!
