A lot of last minute details that shouldve been addressed at the start of construction. We nearly lost our home.
Cathy Larsen is the best. We are really lucky for having her as our Loan officer, She guided us through out the process, from Day 1 she is very patient. She’s great in every aspect. Specifically on how she communicates to us, she’s very professional, she’s well mannered. We couldn’t ask for any loan officer. Kudos to Ms. Cathy! Giving her 5 stars! -Helen And Christian
Brian and his team were amazing!
Very non responsive. Never answered or returned calls. Several days would go by and no return call. Hard to check rates to lock when agent won’t answer or return calls. I would contact builders sales agent to get a return call(sad) she answered his calls—thank god. This also caused more issues at closing. Will not use this company again. I have had good luck in past with builders lenders. Laura nice person but wouldn’t want to do business with her again. Done

After the initial request for documents each day up until closing additional documents were needed. Nothing was good enough. I would hate to think it would have been like had we not put 20% down and fair credit.
You charged me 1/4% higher interest rate than the market rate to recover $5400.00 Perry Home is giving. I had a chance to get the loan as low as 3.875%. Several lenders including Wells Fargo Bank rate was 4%.
