I just got a virtual tour from London. She did a great job showing me the entire townhouse and was even willing to walk to the community center to show me that too. She answered questions that were important to me on making a decision. Check out a rental on a virtual tour at the very least (you've got nothing to lose). She does not pressure you, while still pointing out the potential benefits of renting now. Thanks again London.

My experience at Cornerstone Village, for the most part as been okay. Whenever I contact the office for repairs, they usually respond quickly, which is great. The maintenance crew, who are hard workers, and the office staff are always pleasant. The people in my building, we try to look out for one another, like family. Cornerstone Village, is accessible to buses, shopping centers, work places, Universities, and churches, which is the main reason for wanting to live in this area. My partner and I enjoy living here overall, and we like access to a lot of the apartment amenities (AC, in unit laundry, etc), but we definitely have been frustrated by several things over the year we’ve lived here. The staff is always lovely, but the quality of the actual apartments probably isn’t going to stand the test of time and it can be hard to get maintenance requests completed that aren’t immediate issues (like having issues with overhead lights that we can’t change our self). UPDATED: LANDLORD AGREED TO RE-RENT AFTER EARLY TERMINATION NOW DEMANDING FULL REMAINING RENT AND THREATENING TO HURT MY CREDIT (SEE BELOW): The unit itself is modern and well designed for the price and is in a very convenient location. Apartment was clean and inviting, and the proximity to work and retail is attractive. Distance between the apartment and the fitness center was a problem, and the fact that the fitness center is only open during business hours is a significant problem.
