The worst place I have ever rented from. Multiple vandalism reports (other residents vandalizing the place they live in), with no repercussions or clean up. I never had a working stove the entire time I was there, even after reporting it to my leasing agent & maintenance multiple times over the span of 8 months. The security never answers the phone and barely patrols like they claim they do, they're voicemail is always conveniently full. The front office is impossible to get a hold of. The apartments are great. Unfortunately we never hear back from maintenance on any of our needs. We currently have a bathroom fan that is pending replacement since September, our oven is shutting down randomly, there’s a loud noise from some HVAC in the hallway that hasn’t been addressed in months. We leave voicemails to maintenance number, we submit maintenance requests and months go by with basic items neglected. I definitely rate them WAYYYYY above 5stars!! I love the management realllll baddd , I love the support they give , (I love how fast maintenance is lol !!!)their love for the residents is very unconditional , I love how quiet it is down here. I am very grateful for management and given the opportunity to live down here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ also I love my neighbors everyone is so sweet
The apartment is decent but the neighbors are terrible! They don't work make noise all night long! You can't have your windows open because of people smoking weed all hour's of the day and night. The building isn't kept clean. The environment is very ghetto! I don't sleep at all because of noisy neighbors ! It's domestic violence i don't feel safe at all! I wish I could break my lease. The management dose absolutely nothing when you have any issue. Do not move here if you want peace and safety!!!
The tour was nice! The adornment was absolutely beautiful, exactly what I’m looking for! The personnel was very professional and helpful! She makes me want to move into the community all the more!
