The apartment is decent but the neighbors are terrible! They don't work make noise all night long! You can't have your windows open because of people smoking weed all hour's of the day and night. The building isn't kept clean. The environment is very ghetto! I don't sleep at all because of noisy neighbors ! It's domestic violence i don't feel safe at all! I wish I could break my lease. The management dose absolutely nothing when you have any issue. Do not move here if you want peace and safety!!!

As for my specific apartment, I love it. I wish I could take it and place it somewhere else. From the relentless loud music, the smoking outside the complex (and in the stairwell), poor communication/responsiveness from management, inability to have a package safely delivered without having to schedule it for when you KNOW you'll be home, messy common areas, broken/slow/disgusting elevators, dog poop and puke all over the common outside areas, limited parking, and thin walls... For the “high expectations” they preach at Cornerstone Village, they do not take care of their residents or buildings. We will be looking for a new place to live once our lease is up because I know they will try to raise rent again and living here is not worth that amount, nor do I think we will be able to afford it at that point. I see reviews from years ago with the same... read more

Cornerstone is offering free rent if you lease by May 2025. I visited the office in March and was told the waiting list is closed and applications are not being accepted for the next 3 yrs. How then can one take advantage of such offer?

Everyone in that building is unprofessional, no one ever answers the phone, no one communicated anything appropriately and the building is nasty and smells of smoke. There's children running around all day making noise in the hallways and pulling the fire alarm. The building's fire alarm goes off at all hours of the night for hours at a time that only maintainance has control of. The maintenance team is terrible, the apartments are cheaply made and they raise the rent with a month's notice.
