Excellent job by Sam Biondo's crew who worked very hard. Arrived on time. No debris left anywhere. Finished in a day. My husband went up on roof to look himself. Quality excellent. Highly recommend.
I'm modifying my original review of 5 stars. I had a complete roof installed about 5 years ago, and all was great. Until this year when I noticed spots on the bedroom ceiling. I reached out to Biondo multiple times via email with pictures and phone calls. At first, the company was responsive. Then I was completely ghosted. The warranty on paper meets nothing if they don't uphold it.
I called Biondo Roofing to look at my roof they were very professional and honest about the problem. Sam looked at my roof and repaired the problem the same day he came out. He told me I would need a new roof in a couple of years I found him to be very honest and plan on using them when I get my roof done. I would highly recommend them I was very happy with the great customer service I received.
I just had my roof done a few weeks ago and I am glad that I chose Biondo to do the job. It was a great experience from start to finish. We got our free estimate, we set up a day to start the work and from there Biondo took care of everything else.
