Absolutely phenomenal service and assistance from Senetta Shaw. Truly the best customer service and friendly demeanor I’ve had the opportunity to have. Just moved to this state and she greeted and approached me immediately to help me with anything I needed. We, my husband and I, bought a Queen platform frame, mattress and headboard. Our salesperson was Senetta Shaw. She was amazing and very polite and helpful! We love our new bed! They carry new and used furniture at great prices! We will always go to Cort Furniture first for any needs for our home!
I had a very pleasant experience at this furniture shop. The showroom was clean and well-organized, with a good variety of furniture on display. The staff were friendly and helped me choose a sofa set that fits my living room perfectly. The quality is strong, and the finishing looks very elegant. Delivery was on time, and the installation was done professionally. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service.

Lady who works there has the worst attitude ever. She doesn’t care about customer questions at all and goes like figure it out. Also, you could get bed bug bites from just sitting on some of the stuff there I swear I was itching all over. Please reconsider..
