I had an absolutely fantastic experience at CORT Furniture! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. Erik and Dan were especially incredible. They were both extremely helpful, courteous, patient, and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They took the time to answer my questions, help me find exactly what I needed, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. It is rare to receive this level of ... read more
Kris and Lorenzo at Cort Furniture Outlet were excellent to work with. They handled a furniture pickup for some of our clients and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They completed everything in about an hour, were extremely professional and kind throughout, and took great care of the property during the move. It is always appreciated when vendors treat a home with respect, and they did exactly that. Highly recommend working with them.
Kris and Chris were absolutely amazing! So kind and professional. Spent half a day delivering and setting up furniture in our rental home. They really helped turn it into a home. They even asked if we’d like them to make the beds and they did! They arranged furniture in a way to look like a model home. Everything came packaged in a way there wasn’t any damage, everything was clean and ready to use. I highly recommend Kris, Chris and Cort!
We recently rented two corporate apartments and needed them furnished in a short timeframe. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Bacahui at Cort and he was amazing. Together we designed a modern look and feel. He thought of everything down to kitchenwares. Delivery went smoothly and professionally. We had a few pieces that didn’t quite work once we had them in the space and Aaron worked with me on a smooth exchange. We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience!!
Kris and Tywan were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. We were pleased with how they treated us and the furniture (even if it wasn’t ours; it was our security deposit). We would recommend this duo anytime. Give these two a raise!!
