Truck drivers — beware of this location in Aurora, CO. I showed up early for my pickup, and instead of handling things professionally, the workers made me feel completely uncomfortable. They acted like my being early was some kind of crime. All three staff members were rude, yelling, and showed no courtesy at all. I’ve been on the road long enough to know when a place doesn’t respect drivers, and this is one of them. Worst treatment I’ve ever had at a pickup. WORST!!
I wanted to say how amazing my delivery setup and drivers were for our huge delivery on May 2. We had the pleasure of working with Leo, Adrian, Joe, and Chris! They were all very helpful and professional! I would recommend them for all the kudos! Thanks all for your help, timeliness, and attention to details making all of our units look amazing!
Waited forever for no one to come back and it looks like they do not treat their employees good. Will NEVER come back here again, worse service. Figures, really bad area, too.
Delivery went very smooth. Braxton was professional, talkative, and courteous to myself and the residents at the Independent living facility I was managing the move at today. Braxton and his assistant earned five stars today. My overall experience with CORT was amazing. Thank You!
