To say that I am extremely disappointed in my experience with CORT Furniture Outlet is an understatement. I leased furniture from CORT Furniture Outlet on March 14th, with delivery scheduled and completed on March 18th. What should have been a smooth process turned into a nightmare within a matter of days. This was a beautiful establishment! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and not pushy at all. They allowed me to walk around and browse. They have rental furniture as well as used furniture for sale. Everything was in great condition and they had a solid collection of items. I did not end up buying anything because it did not fit my decor theme, but they’re a great place to check out.
First time visiting this location and was really impressed. The used furniture selection was just enough to not get overwhelmed. The staff allowed you to shop at your own pace. Clay Rich, senior sales associate, was polite and answered my questions. Unlike some places, there was no push to make me buy additional items. This is a great place to shop!
Great furniture! They even have rugs! Clay was easy going ang and helpful. And now we've got the best cozy chair in town :) Side note: Unlike other furniture stores you don't get swarmed by sales staff. You get to stroll through on your own and enjoy trying things out.
