While completing the purchase of an online order, I learned that I'm outside the normal delivery area. I called the facility and spoke to Antonio, who worked with me to find a solution. What was different about this experience was it wasn't a typical customer interaction. We had such a great experience with CORT! Very laid back but helpful. Found a dining room set we loved. Curtis was wonderful and set up our delivery for within a few days. Surry and Jimmy delivered it, were very careful bringing it in and setting it up as well as just being friendly! Highly recommend.
I went to the Winter Park/Casselberry store and worked with Katie. I was very happy with the service that Katie delivered. She was knowledgeable, polite, informative and lead us through the different options that we had. I would highly recommend this store and you should ask for Katie as she is excellent.

Got my product, good quality, good price. They were even running 25% off which was very nice. Marketing needs some work though. I found my item through Facebook & I was not aware this was a furniture store. I brought cash, expecting to go to a warehouse & not pay tax, & not prepared to give all my information for their customer file system. The guy who makes their listings was out of office for several days & missed my messages when I tried reaching them last week.
