My boyfriend and I were looking for a really unique and specific piece of furniture for our first apartment. Cort was incredibly clean and had very surprising prices, we were able to pick up an adorable little couch with a matching chair all under $400. Dynasti and Hailey were very nice and so helpful, they made us feel really welcome. A little thank you card was even mailed to us! This was our first big furniture purchase together as a couple and I couldn’t be happier with who we decided to go with :)
Today when I walked into CORT furniture was a blessing for me! I knew I wanted an artificial tree to accent the look of my living room, but was low on on cash. Dynasti helped me find a beautiful one for my budget. Thank you Dynasti you're the best! Professional, helpful, and great customer skills are her makeup.
My husband Prerak Gupta ordered their service in Michigan, Ann arbor and they sended us a torn sofa. We were really disappointed by the sofa. But they are pretty responsive about that and offered us a replacement. The replaced sofa is pretty good. We both liked it and really satisfied by their service. Rest all other furniture provided by them were amazing as well. (Updated review) : )
The staff at the Warren location are really awesome people to work with and the quality of the furniture and fixtures are A+. Dynasti was my salesperson on this occasion and she was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable and very patient. The two young men who delivered my kitchen table took such care and showed so much professionalism I was mad with myself I didn’t have any cash to give them a tip. Thanks Cort’s for your service 😎
They were at my apartment. Taking the rental furniture from someone else's apartment next to me. And they blocked my car in with a cone. And were being very rude when I asked them if they can move it. Will never be using this rental furniture company ever cuz of how rude they are. I am at oak hills apartment in Shelby township on West Utica road. Please talk to the people that were at my apartment around 9:30 a.m.. because that was not acceptable behavior. I'm very disappointed.
