We had a great experience at this store. However, there are few things to consider, when you rent/own the furniture from Cort. 1. I felt it is better to go to the store nearby your area, sit and feel your options, review the price point and finalize it with the manager( the discussions especially at this location went smooth) 2. The manager Lolita was so warm and welcoming. She took the time to understand what my needs were and how she could find the right pieces for me. I thought I would rent but went ahead and purchased some new pieces. Thank you!

The front desk person was very condescending. She set up delivery without checking/confirming. She was aware of additional information that As I'm walking out the door, guess who is at my door. I had decided to have someone else pick it up. But since they were there I asked them to wait less than ten minutes. That way it wouldn't be a wasted trip. They decided it made more sense to take it back to the store. Which took longer than to wait. The wait was 7 or 8 minutes. They wanted double to come back. She seems to forget sh... read more

I must say I’m impressed, the salesperson Ms. S was very patient with me. I explained to her that my wife and I had bad backs and needed a couch with very firm cushions, I sat on every single couch they had until I found the perfect couch, I was there for a minute. Ms. S even unzipped a couple so I could really feel the foam, she was great. Needless to say we found the couch and chair that was perfect for us, and at the right price. I would definitely recommend CORT furniture rental to all.
