Eva was kind and professional and made us very comfortable signing a lease to store our goods. This is a no frills storage facility and the excellent pricing reflects that. There is no elevator, just a short flight of stairs to reach the second level. This could be a problem for some.
Eva and Jessica are very professional and nice. I made an appt to see the space with Eva and she was great, advising me of tips for more easily taking my things in and out. I then worked with Jessica to book a space and she was very helpful and handled it for me over the phone.
If you need to store items in a secure, dry location, I recommend Corte Madera mini storage. If I have one critique, there is no on-site management and sometimes getting a hold of somebody when it’s urgent if it ever is urgent can be difficult. Other than that, you’re in good hands and your items are safe at this location. Thank you very very much.
I recently moved and needed a storage unit. I called Corte Madera Mini Storage and Eva, the manager, met me at the facility at the time I requested and was very helpful in showing me the available storage units and explaining how the rental process works. I made my reservation online, but run into an issue with the website trying to finalize the rental. I called the office again and Eva helped me with renting the unit over the phone. I used StoragePRO at this Marin, CA location for a couple of years and highly recommend it. The facility is safe, clean, and reasonably priced. Eva, who oversees operations, was a pleasure to work with.
