⭐ 1 star Total disorganization! That is, without a doubt, the best way to describe my experience with this clinic. My son receives orthodontic treatment at this clinic, and unfortunately, the problems with organization and service are recurring. Every time I bring my son to the clinic, I show the appointment card, and when we arrive, they tell me that the appointment was not confirmed. very disrespectful people,they canceled my appointment without notification,and i miss a Day of work to there at 12:00 pm and just to find out they are closed. I don't recommend anybody make business with them. Just my opinion
I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience here. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but I wasn’t called in until 2:37 PM—almost 2 hours of waiting. This is not the first time either. At my previous appointment, I also had to wait almost 2 hours. I understand that sometimes staff may call out or the office may be busy, but this has happened more than once. Would rate lower if possible. They are charging me for appointments I NEVER did ! & months later still not removing the “cleaning” off their books, that I never received. They also called me 4x a week to schedule or confirm appointments months out , just for me to show up & them say they don’t do the service THEY CALLED ME TO BOOK at that specific time they scheduled for me. After calling me to confirm hours before my appointment. For me to take the day off & show up just to leave for a second time. Definitely unprofessional... read more
My daughter has been going there since she was five years old. Over the years, she’s had her share of good dentists and dentist that were not very nice, weren’t very gentle and unfortunately because of some of those negative experiences, it made her not want to go to the dentist anymore. Today she was just there for a cleaning. If I had to give a rating off of today’s visit. I would give it a four out of five stars.
