Heather Alves was very rude and discriminating towards me and my daughter. We had an appointment at 9:00am for cleanings. I arrived at 9:10am. Heather was sitting at the front desk. I walked over to check in. Heather was not welcoming barley greeted me. I wish I could give them negative stars. I had an appointment today, March 6, 2026 and I made this appointment a while ago. I filled out all the paperwork online and kept getting texts about my appointment and to confirm my appointment for today, March 6. I did confirm. To my surprise when I arrived at the Brockton location at 8 am the door is locked, I call and she says that oh all the appointments were cancelled today. Great, very attentive provided all the information I need going forward for proper dental care they also was very careful, attentive and friendly with my son who has autism they was nice while getting the job done. I really do appreciate the care I received today
very disrespectful people,they canceled my appointment without notification,and i miss a Day of work to there at 12:00 pm and just to find out they are closed. I don't recommend anybody make business with them. Just my opinion
They scheduled my daughter for new Year's Eve. I even asked when they made the appointment if they were actually open that day. No one ever called to change the appointment. We showed up and the door was locked and they were closed.
