My daughter has been going there since she was five years old. Over the years, she’s had her share of good dentists and dentist that were not very nice, weren’t very gentle and unfortunately because of some of those negative experiences, it made her not want to go to the dentist anymore. Today she was just there for a cleaning. If I had to give a rating off of today’s visit. I would give it a four out of five stars.
My family has had mixed reviews of Cortland Dental, Brockton. We have experienced last minute cancellations; appointments that was not honored on scheduled dates; hygienist call outs; poor phone etiquette and lack of communication between main office and internal scheduling team. My daughter has had her braces longer than expected due to the on going issues above. I would not recommend Cortland Dental& Braces.
Had a great experience here while getting my daughter evaluated for braces. she’s so anxious at the dentist and the Ortho manager was so patient and told her every step of the process and made her feel so comfortable. i believe her name is Shy, she’s the absolute best. We will be returning here for care and i will be suggesting this office to everyone!
very disrespectful people,they canceled my appointment without notification,and i miss a Day of work to there at 12:00 pm and just to find out they are closed. I don't recommend anybody make business with them. Just my opinion
I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience here. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but I wasn’t called in until 2:37 PM—almost 2 hours of waiting. This is not the first time either. At my previous appointment, I also had to wait almost 2 hours. I understand that sometimes staff may call out or the office may be busy, but this has happened more than once.
