The entire team at Costa Coffee Aston Street are professional and friendly. Particularly Fran, he is without a doubt one of the nicest people you’ll come across. Always interested to hear about your day, always prepares coffee with great care and delivers the best customer service. This place is what it is because of Fran. I have been a regular here for years. If it was up to me, I would increase his salary. Great place, even better people.
The guy always colse too early I have a arrived 16:44 and he was closed already
They supossed to close at 5 except Sundays but they start to remove the chairs ONE hour before to prevent people to come in
I’m writing this review after two separate visits to the same Costa Coffee branch, both of which were negatively impacted by the same staff member. On my first visit, I had an extremely unpleasant experience. From the moment I interacted with this staff member, his body language and tone were rude and unwelcoming.
