⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this Costa Coffee in Birmingham city centre while staying nearby for a meeting. It was a fantastic experience — the coffee was excellent and a perfect way to freshen up my morning. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and inviting, and I truly enjoyed my time there. Staff is not that welcoming 3/5, coffee and sandwich is okay to good, but location is an ideal stop for a quick coffee or a relaxed break after a walk.
Absolutely must try the seasonal maple & hazel range. I had the hot chocolate one and it was DELICIOUS!!! The staff were a bit busy talking amongst themselves and felt slightly put off but still polite and courteous. The area was amazing too and appreciated inside and outside options. Overall wonderful time had waiting for others in the SeaLife centre.
I was served today by Tom and he was so lovely. Genuinely helpful and had a jolly persona. I feel it’s important to praise these qualities, because actually, they are becoming more and more rare to see
Love to sit here and have breakfast with friends and family members because it was a great place to sit relax with your coffee and watch the world go by. Staff are very rude , I was ordered eating in , they give me takeaway food when I asked to then I ordered to having here they said dishwasher was not working that why they giving takeaway, that not our problem you have to told customer before you take order, this is near by National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham Ikon Gallery Birmingham ICC Conference center in Birmingham
