I stepped into Costa for the first time today to redeem my birthday coupon. I had a chocolate nutcracker cake and it was delicious. The staff who served me was extremely sweet and respectful. He even wished me happy birthday, though it was a few days ago. It was a very brief but lovely interaction. Looking forward to try out more options at Costa!

I love this branch in particular. It has a different atmosphere and delicious coffee with cinnamon, but it needs to clean the seats and the bathroom is dirty Likewise, forks and knives need to be washed more than once. I take a fork and a knife and scrub it

Costa management - please protect your staff! The staff here are great - good at their job and I had a lovely breakfast. However, I had to witness someone come in and blatantly take food from the shelf and walk out whilst the employee pleaded with them to give them back. Surely, a multimillion pound company such as yourselves can afford to set up an arrangement with local homeless charities to avoid this and also change the setup of your food display to protect your staff better. Staffs are friendly and service is good. Classic Costa café. One of the bathroom was broken. Wi-fi was fast enough. Tried the hot milkshake. I liked this concept tbh. Lifts up life on a chilly day 😂

Been in a few times and it's the same as all Costa's. Quiet large interior but not very well lit at the back. Best to sit nearer the front. Not my favourite haunt as it gets busy due to the location.
