I recently visited Costa Coffee and had a very good experience with their customer service. I urgently needed to use the washroom, and although it is usually for customers only, the receptionist, Taiba, was very helpful and understanding. She kindly gave me the code and allowed me to use it without any hesitation. What I appreciated most was the way she showed kindness and care instead of only thinking from a business point of view. Nice friendly staff and nice coffee. Got one of the new vegan treats which was pretty good. Glad to see they are still teaming up with Bosh for the vegan food too who are fully vegan and cruelty free 😊
Mamo is the most friendliest, accommodating member of staff ever, amazing with adults but can not do enough to make the experience great for kids. So the boring mothers meeting becomes fun for little ones haha
