Nice friendly staff and nice coffee. Got one of the new vegan treats which was pretty good. Glad to see they are still teaming up with Bosh for the vegan food too who are fully vegan and cruelty free 😊

Staff very helpful. The man behind the counter couldn't do enough for customers. He loved to sing when in the back room. Thanked customers when they were leaving. Customers liked this as well. Seemed to be a lot of regulars. Will go back.

A typical Costa outlet with all the usual facilities. I popped in for a quick coffee and toilet stop before completing my shopping. The coffee was fine, but it ended there. The main drinking area was dirty and looked unkempt and the toilets were worse. You need a code to access them, but those that do are not respecting them. Ugh.

I've been at this costa coffee shop 3-4 times, i always been waiting at least 15 mins to be served!!! Last time i visited this place i was very disappointed... I've been waiting as always , so i took a sit and waiting still... so my coffee wasn't even ready to be make 😄 (they forgot probably) so next time you have to wait there, don't sit!! Very clea. Staff attentive but not overly welcoming however expected at an inner city busy outlet. Drinks labelled correctly and extra cup offered free of charge when asked.
