Nice friendly staff and nice coffee. Got one of the new vegan treats which was pretty good. Glad to see they are still teaming up with Bosh for the vegan food too who are fully vegan and cruelty free 😊
A typical Costa outlet with all the usual facilities. I popped in for a quick coffee and toilet stop before completing my shopping. The coffee was fine, but it ended there. The main drinking area was dirty and looked unkempt and the toilets were worse. You need a code to access them, but those that do are not respecting them. Ugh.
Very clea. Staff attentive but not overly welcoming however expected at an inner city busy outlet. Drinks labelled correctly and extra cup offered free of charge when asked.
Staff extremely rude, tables very sticky. Hygiene 0. as i walked in staff looked at me and continued carrying on their conversation and served me till 5 minutes later when i approached them and asked them to serve me. 2 women walked in after me but the boy served them before me. the young male at the bar seen me walk in but after i approached him to serve me he replied saying “oh have you ordered” the manager and the boy behind the till was very rude and did this on purpose. i have never had a issue with costa before and wi... read more
I went in to gwt hot chocolate and this girl served me and the one making my hot chocolate too busy talking to the one served me and whilst she made my hot chocolate the one served me stood there picking her nose everytime she got something out of her nose she threw it on the floor she kept doing the same thing over and over again kept throwing things coming out of her nose on the floor and rhe hor chocolate was so disgusting i could have made a better one at home
