Started to visit a few months ago, slightly addicted now. While like all costa slightly expensive, coffees are a generous size, and always lovely. Service and staff are always excellent. Yeah 5 stars in every respect. Oh and those short bread bites, I'm addicted 🥰.
I visit this store and one other in Coventry on a weekly basis with my 18 month old daughter. Unfortunately my daughter has dietary restrictions and is a picky eater so I normally purchase her something from Greggs and then get a coffee and sandwich or cake from Costa to eat together at Costa. This has never been an issue until a week ago when a member of staff (probably new as I've not seen him there before) interrupted my lunch to abruptly tell me not to bring food from elsewhere, despite the fact I was eating food from Co... read more
